When I did the cal mod to my sensor it seemed to help the chuggle at 40 mph although it did not eliminate it completely. It now downshifts easier rather than holding the gear.

Frank, I have the exact same issue as you do....seems to run fine around 100kp/h and above and as soon as its in the "cruise" area speeds of 80-95km/h I get that slight "chugging" and can see my boost guage jumping up and down a bit. Once I give it some gas it goes away instantly. I have a new coupler which I was about to put on but now that I've read this post I'm not sure if that is the problem :( I don't think I saw it but have you changed your fuel filter? My 95 SSEi has 394,000kms and I'm not 100% sure when the previous owner from Toronto changed it so I'm going to give that a shot too. Keep us posted
