Did you check the main engine to battery ground near the starter?
I had many of the same issues as you, including low oil light, because of that ground.
Cheers,

I am all over the grounds once it cools down. All heck just broke loose with a trans gear selector P0706 and P0171
Seems as thought it'* only once the motor is good and thoroughly heated insdie and out. Doesn't seem to happen when the exterior of the motor is cold.

I'm really losing my sense of humor on this one. I tried a pcm swap after cleaning and fixing all the grounds. Nothing is having a positive effect here.
Got the gear indicuator light on the console blinking at times, no consistency or reasoning. The car doesn't seem to be letting me see what gear it thinks it'* in on the scan tool.
Everything I am having problems with is clearly connected through engine grounding. A theory Bob and I share about it is that something is backfeeding power to the engine, which is removing the grounding from the engine and causing the issues.
Tomorrow I am planning on changing out the oil level sensor, afterall...I saw a flash of a problem from it about a month back.....and now it'* the most consistently showing issue.

can I suggest re-cleaning the grounds and then putting them back together w/o di-electric grease.
Not sure how you applied the grease but the whole idea of putting a grease that is supposed to stop the flow of electricity onto ground connections seems anti-productive.

Good ideas guys..I appreciate all suggestions.
Dielectric is designed to keep corrosion from happening and causing the connection to be broken, it is suggested for all electrical connections. It doesn't keep the electrical from working.
On the mods, everything has been hooked up for months, I wish I had something new. The body seems fine and all is working great. The only question is the engine and this one ground circuit. Which controls ground for pcm, maf, engine oil level, PRNDL and indicator light...it'* all right there.

Today'* fun was swapping the pcm'* back, Ensuring splice 110 was making good connection, and slapping an oil level sensor in because I had one here.
Good/bad
So far I haven't gotten a lean bank P0171 code or any others. The oil level light is still blinking on and the book says the circuit has an issue..lol
More news..
Ran home from Randy'*..no issues or blinks...went to the store and back...all seems well.
Can I possibly hope that some magical force fixed the car?
