I watched my dealer do the job at 60 K miles and he seemed to have lifted from the left side and the right was raised some but not as much as the right.

They did NOT remove the right front tire. They just had it turned all the way sideways (right).

Use a 2x4 to keep the force off of the oil pan and the jack from the trunk and lift from the side the belts are on. Removing the tire makes it easier to work on since most of us don't have a lift at our disposa. Also make sure the car is supported on jack stands or something suitable to keep from falling.

did it in 10 minutes on my buick twice... put it on wrong the first time
