Car wont start cold!
My friend has a 92 Se and it wont start in the morning when its really cold out. HE just had the crank shaft sensor replaced because it would on the road while in use when i let off the gas... SO thats when they said the crankshaft sensor was bad. The new dilema is that it wont start cold and im trying to figure out what that could be. It has about 181K on it. The car will start after it gets warmer out like during the day. Any feedback is appreciated thanks

Can you hear the fuel pump click on when he turns on the key? If so, check the fuel pressure without the car running and see what you have. You should have about 42 lbs. of pressure.
If there'* no pressure then I would start by replacing the fuel pressure regulator. Then, recheck your pressure. Still no pressure at that point, then I would be looking to the pump.

HE says it cranks somewhat light i guess almsot a feel of a low battery he told me. I havent seen it myself just yet. Idk about fuel pump though because it will start durign the day just not the cold brisk morning. It will also stay running after he gets it started now...

could be many things.
IAT sensor thinking it'* warmed up. Although I think the fail postion would be cold start.
Fuel pressure. Has the filter ever been changed?
Battery..must have enough power to start.
When he gets it started, how does he do it? Does he jump start?

Chemical batteries don't like cold. From the info you have provided I would look towards that route first. Especially since you said it cranks differently depending on temperature
