Car studdered at stop
Yesterday I was driving to an interview and came to a stop light when suddenly I felt a strange surging throughout the car. I thought it was the music but thought, "I don't remember Steve Miller Band having that much bass." So I turned the music down and sure enough the car felt like it was starving for fuel and sputtered while I was waiting to go. When I did get on the gas again it went away and hasn't been back since.
What on earth happened?! :?:

Making me wonder if the FPR or Fuel pressure is giving way....
When was the last time you checked?
Should be 48-55 PSI... You have a service manual on that ? I think its 48-55 PSI...
Just a thought anyhow...
It would be kinda strange if you had the same crank sensor issue as you had with the 94...LOL

Happens to my *** all the time. My idle is waaay too low for the car, and it always feels like that if the car is up to temp, and I am off the gas. There is also something a little messed up with my throttle return, so I can get the car to idle even lower if I pull it. It'll usually stall at that point, however.

If it happened once and hasn't repeated call it a technical difficulty. A spot of water in the gas or whatever.
If it recurs...then we can help ya out. But a one time thing...

Hiccups tend to repeat though.
Ok...we'll keep our terms and make him come up with his own...your own your own buddy...need to come up with your own name for what your car did.
