car still getting hot, new thermo, water pump replcd
car overheated a while ago, had to replace the water pump, thermostat, and hose. the car now gets hot, not in the red, almost. i tried listening to the fan at 220, i'm pretty sure its not coming on. the ac doesnt work anymore either.

The first thing to check with the fan situation, is the connectors at the fan. Make sure they are tight and maybe even remove and replace them a couple times in case there'* some corrosion on them. Visually check all the fan wiring for damage. Then, check all fuses.

where are the fan connectors? i will look, i am clueless atm though.

Ahhh 95 with fan issues. Been there..done that.
Check the relays in the maxifuse center under the hood. One is for the fans and the connections can be lightly corroded. Pull out, lightly apply dielectric grease..then put in and out 5 times. Leave in and test.
