did you check the wiring harness to the coil packs? I lost my tensioner pully on the highway once and somehow the belt whipped around and sliced the pink,yellow w/black stipe ,brown, and red wires. I don't know that helps you out any...good luck sir :?

ICM gets power from a fuse on the passenger side, #6 IIRC or check for 12 volts (key on) at the pink/black wire that goes to the ICM.
If you have power there then remove the coils & ICM & check for corrosion between all the mounting surfaces.
If it'* still not sparking then you have it narrowed down to the ICM, crank sensor, wiring between the two or possibly a damaged harmonic balancer.

Pulled the front plugs and checked to see if they were wet or dry. They were dry. So i pulled the 2 fuel lines and put them in a bottle and primed the pump the back line gave some gas the front gave none. Waited a second tried it again, neither gave any. Waited a few more minutes tried it again and back gave some and front gave none
But there is alot of pressure at the valve on the rail.

Pulled the injectors off and tested them. Only 1 injectors was spitting out fuel (literally just spitting). All the others gave off nothing. So i guess i will try the other fuel rail.

Well that was my inital idea when it stalled and wouldnt restart. But i could hear it priming so i kinda blew that idea off.
It has about 1/4 of a tank. But i am going to put more gas in it (maybe only like 10 bucks) and try that. I am not 100% sure the gauge is accruate but we did put gas in on the way up (25 bucks and it is only about 20 miles there and 20 back, plus like 4 runs, so it should still have alot in it). But i didnt want to put canadain gas in so i was going to wait til i got home. (but i guess the gauge could be wrong).
Looks like i will be picking up a gauge and checking fuel pressure again

I still think that it'* unlikely that the belt broke at the same moment that something else unknown went wrong with the car that caused it to not start, and that the two are unrelated. That would just be freaky. I really think that there has to be some cause and effect going on here. That'* my first thought here...
If you take the fuel lines off and prime the system, you WILL only get fuel from one of the lines. The other is a return line. That is normal. If you hear the pump prime, and you get some fuel out of the pressure line, but not as much as you'd hope for, I would suspect a clogged fuel filter before a weak fuel pump. Have you checked pressure at the rail with a gauge? That will tell you a lot.
Also one trick I learned is that when you suspect a fuel issue, you can confirm that you have spark by spraying a little starting fluid into the TB while cranking it. If it sputters to life briefly, you know you've got spark, and probably not fuel.
