Take the Taylor'* off and measure the resistance. I had 2 bad sets in a row. Get that sucker running, dammit.

I kept the old set (Stock wires) thank god. I'll probably end up puting them on. Will taylor cover this under a warranty?

Paul O'Neil and I will look at it more tommarow when they get here. WAY too much damn stuff I need to do to get ready for B'Fest!!!!

Hang tough there John. I'm almost there.
Arrived in Vancouver at Noon today.
Parked at the Ramada sucking on a Granville Island Honey Lager.
Luckily the hotel room has an internet connection.

Turned out to be loose battery connections.
He died at the lights in a heavy intersection. PDad, PMom and I had to push him through while our cars blocked the traffic. Played dodge with a Bus but made it to the far side.
It was a hoot....you had to be there.

Were the wires the issue or are you still having the problem? I had a problem like that after my bonneville warmed up an it ended up being the fuel pump.

His car ran great after that and it couldn't be the fuel pump cause he ran a personal best in the 1/4 mile drag racing.

We stripped one of PDads old Taylors to see the very poor crimped connection that is suspect for causing problems with them.

Bad wires can wreak havoc. Personally when given the choice of beldens or AC delcos for the same price, I took delcos.
