Therefore "TIRES" themselves are what gives you actual traction, not any on-board computer controlled device! :? You want better traction...get better tires!

Well.. just to let you know Rat.. you were right... I hit a patch of oil spill last nite with my right tires front/back... I had to stop because it seems the ( You wonder why ) Honda Accord early 80'* blew something underneath ( almost seems like oil filter ) and this dumb *** decides to go on his brakes... I felt this WHIRRR sounds and through the brake peddle ( almost seems like I'm running without brake shoes left.. metal to metal sounding ).. and at first I thought my new brake shoes was screwed.. then I realized what happened.. I didn't even have to steer the car ( mind you I was going straight ).. but if it didn't have ABS ( like my Cavalier ) then it slid because of no traction on both right tires.. I think for these heavy tanks.. ABS is a good idea.. ( But nothing beats the joy of Using my cavalier with no ABS and a lot lighter in winter for some winter time fun.. )

Last winter I found a really neat way to have fun with my bonne. My friends house is in a culdasac that had about three inches of slush in it. I got going about 20-25mph, let off the gas and turned the wheel. Normaly this doesn't do much but when you apply a moderate application of rear parking brake, it becomes real fun!!! It whipped around like a rear wheel drive car burning up dohnuts!

Yea... e-brakes are fun... but too bad it'* not a hand brake instead of a foot brake... could really be a blast then...

I don't know about yours , but my e-brake (foot brake) won't latch down until it is over 2/3 of the way down. This way I can adjust pressure on the fly without having to fully engage and then disengage it!

But I gotta say, that dohnut was one that Rockford would be proud of!
