A/C fan blows all the time... even with the ignition off.

I have a 1992 SSE. Just started having a problem with the A/C fan (blower). When I turned the ignition off I noticed the a/c fan was still on. The only way I could turn it off was to pull the 30A A/C fuse in the engine compartment. Do any of the relays in the relay rack control the blower fan? Or is there a blower motor controller that might be the problem? it seems to me that something must be shorted out or stuck in the on position. Any help would greatly be appreciated.

There is a connection in the engine compartment on firewall. I disconnected it and took it to dealer and they replaced blower module # 000 0123683389 $135.00 and $118.00 labor.
Hope this helps
