I'm pretty sure that the vacuum leaks were all taken care of. My car is still suffering from low boost - it'* horrible going up any sort of incline....my car won't get out of it'* own way. Suppose I'll replace the BCS and go from there.

When did you do your tuneup last?
I had the exact same problem as you until last weekend - when I punched it, the boost gauge would just go above 0, and I would a "grrrrrr" sound and feel hesitation. Replaced spark plugs for $12 and the BOOST IS BACK!

Hmm, had her tuned up last year. Taylor 8mm wires, AC Delco plugs, MSD coils.......BUT I have since put alot of miles on my car. My commute to work is 48 miles one way!

Sounds like pulling the plugs and giving them a look over is worth the time. (Personally I'd replace them while there...but let'* go free first)
Did you ever fix that light monitor? Yeah...mine was exactly what Bill said...a license plate light...wondering if yours was the same.

The SES light came on yesterday
It'* idling like poo
There'* a clunking in the front suspension somewhere
I'm getting like no boost - when I punch it - the guage goes just above '0'.
There'* a delay in the kickdown when I step on it.
And the lamp monitor is possessed! It keeps telling me that I have a tail lamp out - which I don't - and it continously flashes and dings. I mean - I had to listen to the ding ding ding the entire hour ride into work!
I'm about to pull my hair out!!!

I think every owner knows this feeling. When I first got my car I thought...not too bad. Then another thing popped up and another and another. I whittled them down and now everytime I get in the car I like it more and more.

Haven't been here in a while! I finally moved out of mom and dad'* and got my own place.
Anyways - I still have my Bonnie of course and a new problem has risen. Okay, yesterday I had to go pick up a friend only a few miles away. The gas light came on the night before but the car still drove fine. I've driven for quite a ways with that light on in the past without any problems.
The minute I started my car it sounded horrible, like it was missing. Pulling out of my driveway onto the main road it shudderd bad, hesitated and shifted hard into 1st and 2nd. Since, I only had a few miles to go...I picked up my friend and then left my car alone for the night. It was too dark out to look at anything anyway. The next morning, my car wouldn't stay started. It started for a a brief minute then stumbled to a stall. I tried 3 times and gave up
I don't like my Bonnie being sick. Any ideas?
