So go to the Yard and get a New used one of Pay the $100+ for a new one.
Or i know someone will chime in on i forget his name that has rebuilt ones.
I haven't "fixed" my problem yet, i just know how to fix it

Yup as far as one of my problems it fixed.
The problem where I hold the brake in Drive, Give it a little gas and chug / sputter.. That went away.
And i confirmed that unplugging the EGR fixed the Low speed/idle problem by plugging it right back in and starting it up and it did the Chug again.
So looks like i might have two problems, EGR and TPS.

I seem to have both of your problems, both coming off of idle and at cruising speed. The one at cruising speed seems to have started when I changed the TPS ( I replaced it with a used one).

Wow, all these quotes inside a quote, inside a quote, inside a quote give me a headache!
Bandit, you may have only one problem...EGR. With it unplugged the problem is gone at idle but back at cruising speed with the torque converter locked. A locked torque converter will greatly magnify the slightest of any engine misfires or rough running condition because it took the "cushion" out and replaced it with a solid link in the transmission.
I know you did this test with the EGR unplugged at cruising speed, but there is still exhaust backpressure to throw into the equation here too. If the EGR valve return spring is weak, the valve may open without a signal from the PCM just by the exhaust pressure between the engine and the catalytic converter.
There are a few ways to accurately diagnose this.
1. You know the EGR is bad, replace it with a KNOWN good unit and test drive.
2. Remove the EGR valve and plug both ports with a fabricated metal plate and gasket and see if the cruising speed problem reappears.
3. This may not be accurate if the position sensor inside the EGR is faulty, but using your AutoXray, record the "actual" and "desired" EGR positions and graph them like you did earlier with the other sensors, and then post them here. They should be VERY close to one another at ALL times.

Take off that hot exhaust injection system and throw it in the trash
......and we touch on the old argument of EGR vs Non EGR.
I ditched my EGR a few years ago and have not looked back. Seems there are more issues running with it than without it. :?
