I seriously do look forward to finding out what the cause of this is, not for the sake of who'* right and who'* wrong, I just realy would like to know as this one has truely stumped me.

It will set a code, but it will not hurt anything. And it sounds like Bandit has the tools to easily clear a code so I did not think this would be a big deal as far as a test of the EGR system.

If the TPS doesn't fix the problem, then ill move on to other things.. or just shoot the car

motorhead makes a good point, and this needs to be adressed
The EGR test is valid.
Eventually you will get to the bottom of it

Alright, let me poke my nose in here: :P
We have the values from the scanner that were posted, do we have a chart that shows what the values are supposed to be? Like maybe a chart in the factory service manual?

********* UPDATE ***********
Ok.. I did the EGR test.
Yup as far as one of my problems it fixed.
The problem where I hold the brake in Drive, Give it a little gas and chug / sputter.. That went away.
But my other problem at speed when it sifts in to OD and TR converter locks, That problem is still there with the Chug / sputter, But i think thats mt TPS, if you look at the second Chart.
And i confirmed that unplugging the EGR fixed the Low speed/idle problem by plugging it right back in and starting it up and it did the Chug again.
So looks like i might have two problems, EGR and TPS.
