If the TPS goes bad the idle on these cars can get very screwy... The TPS is used for fuel calibration, Engine Load, as well as it being used as the Kickdown signal ( Falls into engine load )... If the TPS is not happy the shifts could be a bit off and quirky... I have seen a couple actually loose the kickdown signal.... Not pretty when crawling a hill with your foot on the floor and get no shift( manual downshifting comes into play )...
I'd say the best way to look at the TPS is with a scantool.... But a digital multimeter will work...

now that you say that...
i have seen sometimes it seems to take ALLOT more to get it to kick down.
I think we may know what my problem is. I am going to check this out when i get home.

Im going to toss this out there..
bad Voltage regulator? You say it does it when you apply the breaks? when there is a sudden demand on the electrical system?
Just an hunch

What i meant to say was when i Hold the brake and Tap the gas a little it does it..

The testing of the sensor was to know if you have a clear range from idle to wot, any drops or flucutations could help point out if the TPS is having issues. Seeing the problem on video w/o the TPS reading won't help from a standpoint of seeing what the TPS is doing when the issue occurs.
Please post the vids as it'll spark more ideas.. and see if you can watch the TPS when the issue is actually occuring.
