My handle looks identical to this only my lock is still there. Local salvage yard quoted me $10 for the glove box door and no gauruntee there'll be a key for the lock.

If the lock cylinder is removeable -how? I looked it over and over and can't see how. My lock is perfectly good. It'* just the handle that is broke just like yours. That was a bad day when that happened (got REALLY P.O.'ed at work and punched a hole in the side of a semi trailer and really messed up my right fist. Did the same thing again on Saturday overtime only this time with my left hand -knuckles are slowly recovering).
That part # for the handle is what I need. Same color.
Thanks,
Martin

Okay guys, just found out how to remove lock cylinder. On the top of the plastic housing that the cylinder slides into you'll see a small slot running from front to rear. With the key out, and the lock in the "unlocked" position (keyslot straight up) you'll see a metal tab visable in that slot towards the front of the housing-....remember we are still on the back side of housing. Press down on that metal tab (small screwdriver) and insert the key, and turn counterclockwise, and pull out.

I got the lock and latch today. I got the new latch put in, but the lock cylinder is only the cylinder, none of the pins (or any other parts that are supposed to be in there :?)(see pictures). What other parts do I need for this to work? Thanks

They did that so you can key it for your key. It'* been a few years since I've done it, but should be able to figure it out. I'll get back with you, if nobody else jumps in.
