Man, it seems as though my car doesn't run by the way you are all talking - but I'm assuming you've all actually ran a setup like this to know that it doesn't work...
Interesting side-note, now that I replaced a few parts causing issues, my check engine light is now off - went off on it'* own actually.
As for the trans, I'm not too concerned about it. I ran my original stock trans under my series 1 without any problems for nearly 2 years - and I didn't "baby" it.
That trans had ~140k on it.
The trans I'm using now has less than 40k, has been rebuilt (HD components - did I fail to mention that?) - The only issue is with a converter clutch shuddder (it'* a Bx, any of you who knows trans codes know the Bx was notorious for CC shudder under light load...fixing that tomorrow - easy fix)
About the timing - the stock timing as it is right now is too little, it could definately benefit from advancing it a touch.
With all this talk of the PCM not running my car, I definately shouldn't be doing a turbo set up for my 87 t-type lesabre with the stock PCM...but I am - it probably won't start though

We're just trying to get you to understand that just because it runs, doesn't mean it'* running right. Naturally aspirated and force inducted engines have different tuning for a real good reason. Think about it and don't be so stubborn. Mine "ran" when I put a larger throttle body on with out any other support, but the fuel trims were maxed out and it was still extremely lean. It still "ran" when I accidentally misrouted 2 plug wires...
Scan your car for KR and you'll see what everybody else already knows.

The programming of the fueling and timing tables in the pcm'* is very (Andrew..what'* the word I want?) vague or wide spread and then you have 100 different things that are modifiers to each table and other tables that effect each item....it'* no wonder to me that a PCM that will run an engine from Canada to Arizona and through the Rockies will run your setup.
But..if you think it'* fast and reliable now.. you could possibly gain some considerable power etc with some tuning.

Hey hey, I'm not being stubborn here, I'm just pointing out what my car is doing...
Oh, and that scan for KR - yea, I don't have any.
I know it'* not running 100% of it'* capabilities, I never said it did...I'm just pointing out that it runs quite well with this setup. Instead of trying your darndest to prove me wrong by never driving the car, maybe you should go "wow, I never thought that would run well. cool."
But yea, after hooking up my scanner, taking it for a few test runs, and looking for something to be not right, I couldn't find anything that should worry me. But that probably means my scanner is broken - right? :P
