On the SLE, so I can fix the SSEi'* bad fuel pump and not freeze my
off. I popped off the airmix actuator adjustment rod, and attached a brazing rod with a loop in the end. I then ran it through an existing hole in the glovebox liner. Full right is full hot, full left is full cold, and I can select in between.
This'll do until spring.![Wink](https://www.gmforum.com/gm/images/smilies/wink.gif)

Saw the frost on Zilla'* windows. Nice Bill... good example to set. Warmth over looks. "Hey Lil Pook, it'* hot in here..can you kick the temp down a notch"
Clean that glove box too... you haven't had the car long enough for that mess.

It'* not true Redneck Engineering until it has some duct tape. Just wrap a bit around the handle end and then it'll qualify!! Nice temp engineering job, beats the pants off of tearing into all that stuff while under pressure. Does the same sort of engineering go into your employers product?
j/k

95 Bonneville Heat Calculation:
Air mix door 75% open - Sunroof 3% open after 5 miles * Fan speed 20% of max = Nice cozy temperature.
Mind you it'* all relative on outside temps being exactly 40 degrees

I like it, Bill..........I too have an airmix door that is not cooperating, just not cold enough to worry about yet! Maybe I'll use your method if things cool down here too quickly :P
