the airbag module on the 92-93 is in the dash on the passenger side of the car near the glove box area......IIRC they moved the module to under the seat in the 94+ model years
and if you suspect the module to be bad i do have a known good one from an 93 SSEI

If you have the module under the seat the first thing is to redo the connectors and use dielectric and see if that clears it.
