I have a 99 Bonnieville - 3800 - the motor has started to skip/miss intermittently. It will be smooth then feels like something is jerking on the car. It is gradually getting worse. I hve no check engine lights on. Can anyone advise to what is probably going on here.

Joe, could you be a bit more specific? Is this happening at idle, upon acceleration, around corners, or on a quarter tank of gas or less? Details like this are important for us to help diagnose your problem.
Also, tell us what the recent maintenance has been. Last time you replaced plugs nd wires, fuel filter, O2 sensors, etc.

Also, how many miles are on it? I had the exact same issue and found it to be a faulty fuel pump. After 120,000 I guess they get lazy and don't deliver enough pressure.
Also, how old is your fuel filter?
