Hey mrpontiac.
I've had the same problem for a couple years. I believe it is the TCC. I haven't replaced/repaired it yet. But I did notice that after doing a tranny fluid change, the problem died down, and I hadn't noticed it for about a year. It'* recently started cropping up again, maybe due to the weather getting colder?
Someone suggested to me that I disconnect the brake sensor that tells the TCC to disengage. If you notice, when the problem starts, it'll quit when you lightly tap on the brakes.
I haven't tried it yet, I'd rather just gas or brake than disconnect something that should be working.
