97 bonny HVAC Programmer actuator and head
Finally had some time to get back to work on this thing. Thanks to BILLBOOST37 and others
I do have multiple problems. The slow reacting air distribution was caused by the vacuum plug on programmer. Once I got unit out there was restriction in the vacuum connector on programmer. I carefully reamed all the holes with a pin. I also was able to see (once on the bench) 2 pins were bent in the electrical plug on programmer, causing 3 dashes in head unit. Nice set of needle nose able to starighten.
Put all back together and the head unit came on and air distribution works great. But my worst nightmare, Only A/C and vent, no heat so now I have to replace the actuator.
We'll thats another project for another day. At least with the help of you guys, I have a better idea of what I am doing.
Thanks
