Alright, when I'm allowed outside, I'm going to check the HB and until my ported manifolds arrive, I'm going to lay off the throttle.
I wonder why I can only hear it when I first start moving though. No problems with idle and no noise after the first couple of seconds.

Once the motor is rolling and you are moving things are noisier, your sound wasn't very loud. Probably getting drown out.
