94 Bonnie wont start...

I don't have the tools/know-how to check the plugs, so I will have to wait until later on that when my girlfriends father is available. So, what are the most likely candidates at this point? I tried turning the pulley system by hand, and it does turn over...
no start (just the click)
coolant leak
no coolant in the oil (i think...)
Do you think the no-start and coolant issue are related?

Any idea what the problem could be? Perhaps I have a coolant leak AND corroded cables? Or is there something that could cause both problems?

I am limited on time, as I just bought this car and it'* under warranty. Within a day, the motor seized and they just put in a used motor, and I got it back a few days ago, and now I have this problem. They like to take their time diagnosing the problems, plus they are fairly far away, so getting a tow truck out here is a hassle, (which makes them take even more time). Basically, I just want to make sure I get all the problems sorted out BEFORE my warranty runs out. If I can diagnose the problem, and it'* simple enough to fix, my girlfriends father will do it, and they will pay for the parts/etc. This way, I'll get it done fast in case anything else goes wrong, I'll still have the warranty.
So...
If they are wet... what'* my course of action?
If they aren't wet... what'* my course of action?
And thank you guys for all of your help!

You're in MASS? What city? We have tons of members nearby. I high number of gearheads, too.
Let'* see if they're wet or dry first. I doubt that'* the problem though. I'm more on the side of battery/ground connections. Especially with a used motor, if they kept the cables on that motor. Or didn't get something tight.
Each end of both the red and black cables.

I'm in Northborough, MA...
When he'* around later we'll get the plugs out and check them out, and if they are ok, we'll clean up the cables and see if that'* it...
But now it doesn't have any coolant as it dumped it, so I need to find the leak for that as well...

Used motor? Full swap? Check the underside of the water pump by hand. Is it wet? Now check the coolant connections on the alternator (belt) side of the engine to the lower intake (aluminum manifold under the black plastic upper intake). Leaking? Those are the two most common L27 engine leak points.

Alright, checked the plugs, they aren't wet at all, BUT.... they are rusty and the gap was WAY over what it should be...
I think I'm just going to call the dealer and have him deal with it. I don't want to mess with too much and have him say I voided my warranty. But thank you very much for all of your help!
