Part number 24500363 was used for the 91-92 Model years was the same between the NA and SC'd models
Part Number 24501418 was used from 93-95 and the same for both NA and SC
It may be easier to locate a set of 93-95 heads at this point weather NA or SC'd..

Thats correct, the injector bosses are in the lower intake manifols as the M62 Blower was skinnier... So both engines used the same heads..

If you were going to do both heads, 93-95 Vin 1 or Vin L would be a better bet

as a recommendation, i would replace both heads because of the updated valve train...you already have one off....might as well do both....and yes you can use heads off either a NA or an SC motor
