1995 rear disk brake conversion questions
was rear disk an option in the 1995 model year? if not when did the rear disk become available on an h-body? will the rear control arms for the disk equipped car bolt right up? will the abs sensors plug into the wiring on the original drum brake car?
pretty much wondering if i found an h-body in a salvage yard if i could just grab the rear control arms and calipers and basically just bolt them on.

IIRC, I don't think any H-body had them until 2000.
Knowing from other upgradeable cars (Caprices, F-bodys), swapping rear disks on will require a master cylinder change and new proportion valves. It will likely also completely confuse the ABS, requiring a swap. There can also be issues with the parking brake set-up.
