Does anyone know where I can get a picture of how the egr tube fits in to the throttle body. Mine does not fit snug and continually leaks air. Is there a sleeve or something that goes around the egr tube and inside the throttle body because the inside diameter of the throttle body does not fit snug to the outside diameter of the egr tube. This tube was originally removed by garage for throttle body cleaning and the car has never idled or ran properly since

These tubes are notorious for developing hairline cracks when they are removed. Unless you are sure that the problem is with the fit to the throttle body I would suggest you remove the tube, fill a sink with water and submerge the tube while covering both ends. You should see bubbles if there is a crack. I have also blown air through the tube while covering one end. A little soapy water on the tube will show any leaks. As for how the tube attaches, there should be a sleeve on each end with a bolt hole .

There was a crack that I patched with epoxy. I will take tube off again and try what you suggested.
My concern is when i push the top end of the tube into the supercharger, it goes in real easy. it does not seem to fit real tight. I understand the bolt will hold it from falling out but I don't believe the bracket with a bolt only on one side would make a air tight seal.
I was going to measure the diameter of the tube and the port where the tube goes in to the charger with a micrometer to see if the is any significant difference.

How well did your fix work and what exactly did you do? I suspect I have the same problem on my 94. Need to double check the tube for leaks, but I can actually feel a breeze coming from that region. Tube is in a sleeve so I don't think that is it. Notice any performance difference?
