1992 bonneville sse supercharged no-start
I was driving the other day when i noticed a lose of power but i was 2 blocks from home so i just drive it home poped the hood and discovered that the inner belt had slipped off of one of the pulley'* and gotten behind the harmonic balancer.....so i removed both belts and replaced them and checked all the pulleys and tensioners for any sign of wear or any sign of being wobbly and all checked out fine. I went to start the car after getting the belts on and it would not start...it would crank but not start for me. I pulled the car in the shop to day and pulled the harmonic balancer off to check the crank sensor and i replaced cause it looked like the rings had been touching it... I installed the new crank sensor and the same thing happened...it would not start. I checked codes and got 12 and 58 which i know are 2 codes that mean nothing in the 92 bonneville...but i need alot of help and i need it asap!!!!

i pulled the wires off of the coils to make sure u was gettin spark and i was so there is not a spark issue. But i just checked my fuel pressure at the schrader valve on the fuel rail and there is almost no pressure there so i put power to the fuel pump test connector and pushed in the schrader valve and had pressure but still did not start it was acting like it wanted to but it wouldn't fire off...... i am sooo confused right now and i don't know what to do.... i now know that i have a fuel pump problem also so that is just gay as hell!!!!!

Another thing to look at...did you remove the coils from the car and put them on out of order? I ran into a no-start condition after my rebuild, and one of the culprits were transposed coil packs.
But I suspect that if it was running prior to the belt slipping, and nothing else was done by you other than the HB and crank sensor, I would also check the sensor grounds, both the crank sensor and the cam sensor. Even the signal wires could have been damaged when the belt slipped, but I imagine that would be shown as a trouble code.

Let me step back and ask a stupid question. If you get in the car, close the doors then turn the key to on, observing the security light for 1 full minute. What does it do?

The car does not run so i can't check the fuel pressure at idle and i have already mentioned i don't have very good pressure at the rail. When i cycle the key on and off i don't get any pressure at the rail but if i put power to the jumper wire i get good pressure at the rail but it still won't start..... and i am not sure about the security light but i will check that out tomorrow and what should the light do and what should i do to fix it if it is the security light???
