Mrs Crzydmnds has 186,000, the one in the cardomain link
Mine, identical car, has 106,000
and if Don has had a 440t4 or a 4t60e apart, and reassembled, and did so without any alchohol consumption assistance, then he is DA MAN!
Seriously, I plan to get a book, and maybe a junked one and learn about em, who knows it might just work when I get thru LOL

here'* a trick when you can't budge it out of park and want to save a beating on the trans: IIt doesn't work that well granted, but I throw my weight forward so that the car doesn't have quite as much force on the parking peg. Obviously on a huge hill: it won't really matter since throwing your weight in the car isn't taking off too many lbs of force but in lighter circumstances it makes a more noticable difference.
And do get that parking break fixed, its a simple mechanical linkage so don't be afraid to go at it yourself.. not much more to it than the release handle, the braided cable that goes from it all the way back to the drum break, and the rear-most shoe in each drum. Maybe your cable is stretched or cut or something.. maybe just bad rear break shoes?!
Anyway back to topic!:

Mine has just got to 272, 000 km. It runs great still....2nd Tranny, absolutely no rust, and every option works. I never worry about taking a long trip with it.
My sister just sold her 1990 Bonneville SSE, it has 420,000 km.
