Have you done a tranny flush lately? Mine was doing that and then i did a flush and filter change and fixed it right up....now it loafs at about 1700 at 65...but thats probably because of my 2.84 axle ratio
...but don't do a flush if you haven't done one in a while...that can lead to problems... :?

So, there are dire consequences possible if I flush the tranny, but its something that should periodically be done anyway? I've never flushed the tranny, but I've only owned the car for a year and a half or so, so I can't attest to what happened under the previous 2 owners care. I was thinking about doing this as well as a radiator flush anyway next time I change the oil, just because I'd never done it.
