sunroof
Changing sunroof shade panel ,got old one out put new one in and roof wont close all the way ,is there a proper easier way of installing it.I install it with sunroof opened up it is hard to get clips in slot but I got them but sunroof still catches on shade , any help appreciated. Also I pulled a tranny cooler from a 92 ish caddy in the yard it is about 3" by full legnth of radiator (20bucks) will this be okay to use as long as I mount it ok some how, I imagine it is, as it just has a in and out,it is in great shape.

You should mount the cooler the same way it came out of the caddy.
On the moon roof shade, I hav'nt done one yet but my material cover is getting puffy and loose. I left it alone when I did the headliner.
I suppose when it gets bad enough I'll just remove the material and re glue some new headliner on, pushing it into the edge with a 4" putty knive.

Figured out sunroof shade ,well I put on thicker fabric trim around liner edge instead of the the little plastic OEM one ,this must have pushhed up and left less room for shade to clear windowroof. As long as roof closes first and then shade it is ok.I grinded part of the top of the shade.Looks good though with thick black fabric trim and black shade against grey interior.Shade and trim were from a early 90s caddy.
