Slooooooooow Blinker?
Anyone ever notice that your blinker is ridiculously slow? I did yesterday, and was messing around with the wires, when I discovered somthing. If you connect another 1157 harness to one of your existing 1157 harness[ in parallel ], the blinker will flash twice as fast, [ normal speed compared to other cars ] which I found to be better, while driving. I think it has somthing to do with adding to the load of the flasher, which makes it blink faster.
[ i think the thermal flasher heats up faster ] Any way, you can do this to all trim levels, but you would have to swap the LE lights for SSE/SE if you want to see the extra bulb...
well now this is getting complicated, so if you want to know what I am talking about check out my web site [ bottom ] for the taillight conversion. SE/SSE would need to "hide" the bulb into the trunk or somthing b/c of there not being any ro0m for another bulb...
O well anyway it works! so get creative with it if you have stock SE/SSE.

You could make it faster...
its not hard at all!
hmmm... you could even spray paint the bulb and hide it somewhere in the trunk so that no one would see the extra bulb.

If i remember, the relay is around $7 at Canadian Tire. To replace, you'll need to take off the kickplates underneath the steering column. There are TWO relays - one for the 4-ways, and one for the conventional blinkers. The one for the 4-ways is closer to the left side of the steering wheel - ignore it. The relay for the conventional signals is closer to the radio column - may take some prodding around. However, if your right-hand signal works, activate it and follow the clicking sound. I didnt have the luxury
