The combination of the Delco igntion, delco plugs, and new wires made the miss go away and really helped smooth out the power over the rpm range. Now I finally don't have to get over 3,000 rpm just to feel a pull. The car drives better than ever thanks to the mods over the last few weeks, thanks for the help everyone!

The mounting bracket didn't fit, but everything else did. It was off of a 1997 Buick, I bought it off of ebay from a junk yard and they included a tag with the VIN of the car and everything. I don't know for sure what years bolt right up, I figured I could make anything work without too much trouble as long as the wires plugged in. I just made some little mounting tabs to get attached.

From what I have seen, the Delco bracket (flat with three studs) that interchanges directly with the Magnavox was used from 1991 to 1995. After that the bracket was no longer flat. Have not seen one but sounds like they combined the engine bracket with the flat plate (one part instead of two). The 3800 ignition module and the coils are the same through today.
