Pulling the engine
Problem 1
Since the motor in my project car is very sick, I'm gonna swap it. Now i did a search but could not find nothing. If i missed it please point me in the right direction. Now is their anything i should watch out for. Again I'm winging it again with out a fix-it-book. My main problem is what to do with the fuel lines, I don't want to snap em.
Problem 2
Can a TPI 3800 be swap in with no problems? The car is a 90 so it has the the 3800 with the white engine cover.

I don't think there was a TPI 3800.. that sounds like a RWD [like out of a Camaro or Firebird] 3800. And no that wouldn't work.
The biggest thing is if you are going to pull the transmission too, it may be easier to just drop the subframe. Or just take it all from the bottom.

You shouldn't have much to worry about, u may want to take off as much as possible in the engine bay to reduce both weight and interference possibilities. If you get the crank pulley off, w/p pulley off, a/c compressor off, and can move the engine about 2-3 inches too the left (passenger side) you should have plenty of room to clear the transmission. As far as other things i'd remove the front exhaust manifold, crossover pipe, and maybe if u really wanted room you could take the radiator out too. But that'* not totally necessary. The rear manifold just needs to be unbolted from the down pipe. The 3800'* don't really have a whole lot of connection, just make sure to mark where everything goes, and if there isn't a sticker write down where your vacuum lines were and such if removal is necessary. As you've probably seen there is quite a bit of room under the hoods of these ol' boys. Oh and just a point to make if you havn't lately change the O2 sensor while the engine is out it'* a lot easier to get at.

Ok there are several things we need to deal with here....
I think you should be able to use the TPI( 3800 Vin L .... L27 ) But it will only be the bottom end that will any good to you... You will need to swap the heads from the 3800 C to the 3800 L(TPI) block along with the intake and like items... Also the 3800 TPI block will most likely have holes in the front of the block for the engine mount that will be nonexistent in your LeSabre, I think there may be a few holes that you may want to insert a short bolt into with some Silicone black to seal the holes to prevent any oil leaks... There is 1 hole I'm sure of that will leak oil if this is not done... Not sure about the other 2...
Then you may need to see if you can use the old AC Compressor bracket... If memory serves everything else should bolt up...
We actually too a 3800 C block and used it in place of an L27 3800 TPI block.... So you are trying to do the opposite of what we did...lol
Would you happen to have the TPI 3800 block handy? Maybe place the blocks side by side to see what brackets are diffrent and look at the bolt hole locations? Also is this engine coming out of an H, C or W body?

Well techincally opensource is right, tuned port injection was used on the bonnevilles as WELL as the RWD camaro'* and firebirds of the early 90'*. Kind of confusing when you're talking about a family car to a performance car with totally different engines and layouts. Lol

I did mean to confuse anybody when i said TPI I don't have a TPI block. I want to get the engine out so if i do get one, i can leave them with the old block so i don't have to pay any core charges. I already have everything off of it, excecpt the ac compressor.
I do like the ideal of droping the sub frame but i don't have a lift As far as an O2 senor, i need to get another on the downpipe. I sort of did not have the tool to take it out, so i broke the top off with a hammer and put my sparkplug sockets on top it to get the part out that was screw into the pipe. It was stopping me from getting that last bolt off the back header. But tanks for the tips i will start this in a week or two.

Stupid question... If you get the TPI 3800 Block will it have all of the brackets and the like still attached to it? As in a long block with all of the accessories?
