Couple of possibilities to check.
Plugged fuel filter. Allows enough flow for lower RPM'* but starves at higher flows. If it hasn't been changed in a while, change it.
Misfires (plugs, wires, coils, injectors, etc.). Take the car to Autozone and have it scanned for diagnostic trouble codes (DTC'*). Tell us what the results are and we can guide you from there.
Fuel pump. Check fuel pressure at the schraeder valve in the fuel rail.

This thread explains how you can check for diagnostic trouble codes on your car:

DTC 64: oxygen sensor right side lean exhaust indicated
Send a PM to BillBoost37 and ask him to look at your thread. Tell him you have DTC64.
