alright guys heres the word, the wiper problem was that I needed a new wiper motor.
The fuel injector problem was computer related. so both were replaced and its fine,
my ses came on the other day, wondering if its the O2 sensor.

Even better, there are a number of OTC 2000'* on ebay, and one can usually be had for under $25. Just make sure you get one with:
- either "slip in" cards for the back or the manual (to identify which reading on which mode)
- GM dual row connector cable (I tape mine to the OTC lead
- cartrige for GM through your year (last was for '93 cars. 93 "3in1" is most desirable. If no change between years an earlier one *may* work - believe an 88 or 89 will work for a '90 "C" but no promises, would need to try out first).
Or you could get a Reatta (preferably 88-89), scan tool is built in.
