90 SSE... My a/c is cold but the air is coming out like a gentle breeze on high. It'* gotten slowly worse over the years i think. I'm finally ready to fix it b/c it'* too hot in GA
Anyone have this issue before? I'm quite sure my blower fan is strong enough but i could be wrong. Thanks!

The slowly worse over the years is making me wonder about a clogged cabin HVAC filter although I'm not sure whether or not your model and year of Bonneville has one. If you have the recirculate inside air button on your a/c is the outflow any better?

I don't believe this gen had the cabin air filter. I think he will likely need to clean the evap core off. There should be a procedure for it in tech info actually.

Yeah definitely no cabin air filter...i think the recirculate door is automatic with the air on. There is no button to control it. I was also thinking evap core. I will definitely check out that write up. Thanks!

Great news. I did the evap clean procedure this morning and it was a 400% improvement! Mine was pretty bad. The whole job took about 45 minutes, i didn't spill anything inside on the floor so i guess my drain works pretty good. The lower third of the evap was completely clogged. It'* blowing colder and much harder! I'm so glad i didn't have to disassemble the whole assembly to get at it which i planned on doing. No more suffering through this heat! Thanks so much everyone for the help.
