Need more information, but first thing I'd think would be wheel balance

For clarification, the car is smooth as glass at 50mph, until you increase throttle. Then it starts shaking badly? What about at lower speeds?

hrmmmm..... not firing good is my bet. you would only notice it at those speeds under those conditions because of the TCC lockup putting a direct connection through. when was the last time you did spark plugs, wires, etc?

Classic symptom of secondary ignition problem - plugs, wires, coils.

Few weeks ago my Bonneville also shakes at low RPM.
I only changed spark plugs and wires and the problem was gone.
After changing the wires i controlled them and found out that two of them shows a damaged isolation - this is right enough for shaking u´re ride cause it´* also possible that u´ve got another problem like coils,...

greets,
Nobsi
